Welcome Home is a highly structured residential drug and alcohol addiction treatment center for men and women aged 18 to 34. Our long-term program is extremely effective because it combines complete addiction recovery treatment with extensive personal development, career training, and healthy living practice – all essential for permanent recovery. The Global Drug Prevention Network fights against drug abuse and legalization. The GDPN believes that decreasing drug demand through drug education and drug demand reduction is the key to success. Harm reduction is “harm promotion”.

Teen Challenge is one of the oldest, largest and most successful programs of its kind in the world. Established in 1958 by David Wilkerson, Teen Challenge has grown to more than 170 centers. Teen Challenge is a solution to the addiction crisis.

The main emphasis deserves to be on prevention, for it is here that the largest successes have been measured. The NDPA campaigns for Prevention’s potential to be fulfilled. The NDPA supports laws and justice systems which reinforce drug-free and wholly healthy lifestyles and endorses efforts to maintain and improve this situation.

DPNAD (Drug Prevention Network of the Americas) – dpna.org

The DPNA holds dozens of training events addressing one or more of the following themes – Sound Drug Policies, Preventative Drug Education and Community and NGO Coalition Building. Abstinence, non-legalization of drugs and promoting healthy lifestyles are principles of the DPNA.

Odd Squad – oddsquad.com

The Odd Squad is a group of five Vancouver police officers that formed a non-profit society in 1998 to educate the public about issues affecting the community. It is our goal to make high – quality multimedia products that will serve as effective social marketing tools for today’s youth on such topics as drug abuse, speeding and other social problems. We also serve as a conduit for the dissemination of information on drug-related issues.

Baldy Hughes Addiction Treatment Centre & Therapeutic Community is a major therapeutic community in British Columbia catering to men suffering from addiction. Our model is an innovative and novel approach to treating substance abuse and is inspired by the highly respected and world-renowned therapeutic community in San Patrignano, Italy. The success of our abstinence-based program can be attributed to long-term treatment in a remote therapeutic community setting.
